Incessant rain greeted 35 participants as they stepped onto the first tee, eventually giving way when the majority had completed their full round.
The course was in good condition and needless to say the 3 course banquet thereafter was up to its usual high standard.
The winning member was Alan Smith with an excellent score of 39 points given the circumstances. Runner up was Jonathan Britton with 36 points with Ron Thompson in third place with 33 points. Team Winners Anant Suchak's were team (which included 2 guests )with 85 points. One of the guests, James Sharp managed to score 41 points!!
Thanks go to John Thompson, the Officer of the Day, for all his hard work and we wish him well after suffering an accident with his buggy. Thanks also also to Captain Jon and George Michie for helping with the card marking.
After 6 years at Tandridge, and given our policy of rotating courses, it was decided not to rebook Tandridge for next year.
